How the Extension Works
The extension runs only on ChatGPT pages and only when you explicitly use it. When you choose to export a conversation, the extension reads the chat content already present on the current page and downloads it directly to your device.
No conversation data is retained by the extension after the download completes, and nothing is sent to any external service.
Download Access
The extension uses download access solely to save the exported chat when you trigger the export action. The extension does not access, read, or transmit any data without explicit user interaction.
Third-Party Services
ChatGPT Full Chat Export does not use analytics services, advertising networks, trackers, remote code, or third-party APIs.
